Known for their eclectic live performances, O.A.R. fans can expect smash hits such as “Shattered,” “This Town,” “Love and Memories,” “Hear The World” and “That Was a Crazy Game of Poker,” as well as brand new music from the band’s forthcoming seventh studio album.

As a young group of musicians, O.A.R. was the prototype of the modern, self-starting band--taking charge of their fate by working the internet and building an identifiable sound. The band's music, a rock/reggae fusion, consisted of songs that were fully accessible, yet teasingly elusive. They toured relentlessly, pushing their album sales through boundless dedication and word-of-mouth appeal, never waiting for the industry to catch up. By the time the group reached their 10-year anniversary, O.A.R. had sold over 1.2 million albums and performed in front of over 1 million people. Stories of a Stranger produced mtvU's Most Downloaded Video of 2006, "Lay Down." The band followed up the successful release with a live double disc CD and DVD set, Live From Madison Square Garden, recorded during the band's second sold-out performance at the prestigious arena.

O.A.R (short for Of A Revolution) was founded in 1997 by Rockville, Maryland high school students Marc Roberge (vocals, guitar) and Chris Culos (drums, percussion). They recruited fellow classmates Richard On (guitar, backing vocals) and Benj Gershman (bass, guitar), and recorded "The Wanderer." The foursome then attended Ohio State University, where they met Jerry DePizzo (saxophone, guitar, backing vocals).
