WHERE/HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?


Please purchase your tickets online. Our box office is open Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10a-2p and on show days beginning at 12:00PM. Please refer to our EVENTS page for the most up-to-date event listing.




WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE THEATRE ACCEPT?


We accept the following payment methods for ticket purchases

  • Cash
  • Debit Cards (with a Visa/MasterCard logo)
  • Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover)
The Celebrity Theatre bars and concession stand accept cash and major credit cards.




CAN I RESERVE TICKETS ONLINE/OVER THE PHONE AND PAY CASH AT THE WINDOW?


No. You can only buy tickets online/over the phone with a credit/debit/gift card, as the charge goes through immediately.




WHAT IS THE THEATRE'S REFUND POLICY?


There are no refunds or exchanges on event tickets unless the show cancels or postpones. In the event a show cancels/postpones all cash refunds must be obtained in person at the box office. Merchandise, Bar, and Concession purchases are final. Artist merchandise is provided and sold by the artist. Any refunds/exchanges will be handled by the seller and not the Theatre.




CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP TICKETS I PURCHASED WITH MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?


Tickets will ONLY be released to the credit/debit card holder. We must see the credit card used to purchase tickets as well as a photo ID. We must obtain the signature of the cardholder before tickets can be released (This is the policy of the credit/debit card companies have set in place for merchants, and there are NO exceptions. You can either choose (if available) Print at Home, Mobile Delivery, or the cardholder can pick the tickets up in advance during regular box office hours or the evening of the event. Some delivery options may not be available for all events.




WHY AM I SEEING MULTIPLE CHARGES ON MY BANK/CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT?


If you received any kind of error message while processing your order, it may result in pending authorization. Pending authorizations will automaticaly fall off the account within 24 - 72 hours depending on the bank.





DO'S & DON'TS

CAN I BRING IN A STROLLER, WALKER OR FOLDING/MECHANICAL WHEELCHAIR?


Strollers are not allowed inside the Theatre. Walkers (all types) are allowed if you are sitting in handicapped/disabled seating. Foldable walkers are allowed in other seating sections but MUST be folded and placed in front of their seat, and not disturb any other patron. We cannot have anything placed in the aisles due to fire code. The Celebrity Theatre does not have a storage room for these items. Wheelchairs (all types) are only allowed if you are sitting in handicapped/disabled seating. If you enter the theatre in a wheelchair you MUST remain in the wheelchair throughout the show, due to fire code.




WHAT IS THE THEATRE'S CAMERA POLICY?


Professional cameras (those with a detachable lens over 2 inches long) selfie sticks, video, and audio recording devices are not permitted inside the theatre. Celebrity Theatre is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

DO YOU SERVE FOOD AND COCKTAILS?


The Celebrity Club features a full bar with premium liquors, Coke products, wine, Budweiser, Bud Light, and many imported beers. Inside the theatre are three additional bars where you can view the show while picking up a drink. The South lobby also contains a bar and concessions booth serving pretzels, hot dogs, popcorn, candy, and other snacks during most shows. All Celebrity Theatre bars/concessions are cash and major credit cards. There are two ATM’s available for your convenience. Looking for a nice dinner before the show, visit Stockyards Steakhouse. WHAT IS THE CELEBRITY CLUB?


The Celebrity Club typically opens 2 hours before the show begins. Please check concert listing for exact time. The newly updated Club features theatre memorabilia, a full bar and lounge areas. So come early for a cocktail! All Celebrity Theatre bars/concessions accept cash and major credit cards.




WHICH WAY DOES THE STAGE FACE?


1/2 House or 3/4 House: Stage faces the artist ramp, located between A6 & A7. In the Round: The stage rotates throughout the show and will not face any specific direction. Click on the SEATING tab in the menu bar for more info.




WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF CELEBRITY THEATRE?


Capacities:

  • Full House/In the Round: 2,650
  • 3/4 House: 1,800
  • 1/2 House: 1,400




DOES CELEBRITY THEATRE HAVE AN ATM AVAILABLE DURING SHOWS?


Yes, there are two ATM’s inside the Celebrity Theatre. One is located downstairs in the Celebrity Club, and the other is upstairs inside the South Lobby. Currently the ATM's are not working and we are addressing the challenge.




CAN I RENT THE THEATRE?


Yes, the Celebrity Theatre is available to rent for private events (Weddings/Receptions, Corporate Events, Fundraisers, etc.) as well as public/ticketed events (Concerts, Comedy Shows, Sporting Events, etc.). Celebrity Theatre is centrally located and easily accessible from anywhere in the valley. Our stage can be set-up to rotate. The venue has a full house capacity of 2,650 or a proscenium plug can be installed to face the stage one direction and hold a capacity of 1,650. We have hosted many rental events including corporate events, fundraisers, and private parties for such companies as Southwest Airlines, M&I, Arizona Republic and Compass Bank. Our Celebrity Club is the ideal place for an afternoon wedding reception. If you would like more information about renting the theatre, please contact us by filling out the RENTAL form. PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY

IS THERE ADA PARKING AND A WHEELCHAIR RAMP TO GET INTO THE THEATRE?


There are a limited number of disabled/ADA parking spots located in the East entrance. These are available on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to ensure available parking. There is a $10.00 fee per vehicle in our secured parking. We recommend you arrive earlier on sold out events or for special needs parking. The wheelchair ramp is located at the East entrance. The East entrance is located directly off the 32nd Street entrance.




DO YOU HAVE LISTENING DEVICES AVAILABLE?


Celebrity Theatre has expanded its selection of assisted listening devices (ALD). At no cost to patrons, the ALDs include hearing aid compatible neck-loops or silhouettes, on demand, and sign language interpreters and Computer Access Real-time Transcription (CART) upon request. Infrared ALDs are available at all performances in the theatre. The procedure for obtaining ALDs is as follows: Headsets and Additional Assistive Listening Devices – subject to availability. Patrons attending performances may obtain ALDs by contacting a member of guest services night of the event. To request in advance, please email info@celebritytheatre.com. Sign Language Interpretation – sign language interpreted performances are available upon request with at least a THREE-week notice and based on the availability of a qualified interpreter. To request sign language interpretation or to find out more information about this service, please call 602-267-1600 ( voice) or email our venue representative.




IS THERE A CHARGE FOR PARKING?


Celebrity Theatre has 8 acres of secure parking. You may choose to park off-site, but offsite parking is not security patrolled. There is a $10 fee per vehicle (CASH ONLY) for our secured parking. We recommend you arrive earlier on sold out events or for special needs parking. Large vehicles such as semi-trucks, tour buses and/or limousines will pay per space used.




WHERE SHOULD MY UBER/LYFT DRIVER ENTER?


Please use walk-through gate located on Filmore St. just West of 32nd St when using Uber and Lyft. To avoid delays, please DO NOT have your driver enter through the paid parking entrance. Click here for Google Maps image

For our latest COVID-19 guidelines, please review our COVID-19 policy Face masks are not required, but they are strongly encouraged. To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our Clear Bag Policy:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maxiumum size: 4.5"x6.5")
